The project consisted of alterations and additions to create and upgrade the outdoor spaces and the TAB/ sports areas of the club as well as providing a new preparation kitchen. The work involved a complete strip out of existing internal areas and modifications to create a new outdoor gaming area. The area included new glazed partition walls and airlocks, new heating, cooling and ventilation systems, new landscaping works including plantings and water features. The project was carried out in two stages to maintain operations of the Club.
