Meridian has delivered over 20 individual hotel accommodation projects encompassing more than 750 hotel rooms for brands including The Hilton, Novotel, Menzies and The Grace Hotel Sydney.
Our experienced staff understand how to plan and deliver these projects including staging, procurement, FF&E and management of live environment works.
Commercial – Workspace
Meridian’s experienced staff have delivered numerous workplace fitout projects from single floor tenants to large, multi-level work space tenancies incorporating intertenancy stairs, comms rooms, boardrooms and complex services installations.
Commercial – Building owners
Meridian’s experienced staff have delivered numerous commercial fitout, refurbishment and construction projects for commercial building owners including base building upgrades and make goods, speculative suites, building repositioning’s and lobby and entry upgrades.
Education
Meridian have delivered over 100 individual education projects including universities and schools and have delivered numerous projects for The University of New South Wales, The University of Western Sydney and the Catholic Education Office.
