An impressive refurbishment of numerous separate areas of the Club to create a new entry foyer and adjacent café, restaurant and bar areas totalling 5500m^2. The foyer refurbishment involved structural demolition works, structural steel, suspended concrete mezzanine floor and staircases all carried out in a live and operational environment.

Meridian overcame logistic and material handling challenges to deliver the project without any disruption to the Club's operations. The end result speaks for itself with a double height entry foyer bathed in natural light from the new skylights creating an "internal streetscape" feel with stone flooring, contemporary colour palette and mature tree plantings.
