Meridian was engaged to undertake a large refurbishment project within the existing Club to create the new "Ironstone" dining and Café areas and Level 1 function spaces. The project involved major structural works to relocate the existing staircase and to construct openings through the roof and first floor to create light wells into the refurbished ground floor reception. The ground floor included the new "Ironstone" bistro, commercial kitchen, pizza bar, café, outdoor terrace and children’s play areas. The level one works included a new function room, lobby, staircase, pre-function area and an external terrace.
