Meridian was engaged to undertake a significant refurbishment and expansion of the Club including bars, lounge areas and amenity areas. The project involved heavy refurbishment work including structural demolition, internal micro piling, structural steel, concrete and masonry works to create the new structure and façade. The fitout included a new bar, new amenities, and lounge areas.
