Meridian was engaged to undertake a staged refurbishment of the Country Club at St Georges Basin. The works included the strip out demolition of the front half of the Club,  remodelling of the floor plate to provide a new commercial kitchen, new restaurant and "eat street", new bathrooms, administration offices, TAB and upgrades to the Club’s electrical and mechanical services.
