Following on from our previous hotel projects including Hilton Melbourne, Novotel Wollongong and Novotel Brighton Le Sands, Meridian was engaged to undertake a floor-by-floor refurbishment of the Grace Hotel over 8 floors and over three hundred rooms. The works included strip out of each room, new services, full bathroom refurbishment, new joinery, finishes and FF&E.  Meridian managed the procurement of long lead time items, managed program and staging and undertook the works in a live environment.
